1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookIt Technologies' services ("Services"), including our website, SMS booking assistant, and web booking pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

BookIt provides an AI-powered appointment booking platform that enables businesses to accept bookings via SMS text messaging and web-based booking pages. Our Services include AI-assisted scheduling, appointment reminders, payment collection, and business management tools.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. SMS Messaging Terms

• You consent to receive appointment and payment-related text messages from BookIt on behalf of the business you are booking with
• Message frequency varies based on your booking activity
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@bookittechnologies.com
• Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase
• Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other major US carriers

5. Business User Obligations

• Provide accurate business information, hours, and service details
• Honor appointments booked through the platform
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding customer communications
• Not use the platform to send spam or marketing content outside of appointment and payment-related communications

6. AI Assistant Disclaimer

Our AI booking assistant is designed to help schedule appointments accurately. However, the AI may occasionally make errors. BookIt is not liable for scheduling mistakes, miscommunications, or missed appointments resulting from AI interactions.

7. Payments and Billing

Subscription Billing: Business accounts are billed monthly. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

BookIt Pay (Customer Payments): Businesses may use BookIt Pay to collect payments from customers for services rendered. Payment links are sent via SMS and processed securely through Stripe. Payments are made directly to the business's connected Stripe account. BookIt Technologies does not hold or process customer funds. Stripe's standard processing fees apply to each transaction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookIt Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
