What is Rebook Nudges?
Rebook nudges are automated text messages sent to past customers when it's time for their next appointment (e.g., "Ready for your next haircut?"), prompting a one-tap rebook.

Past customers convert 5-10x better than cold leads — they already know your work and trust you. But most never come back on their own. They forget, they get busy, they go to whoever's in front of them. Calling past customers manually costs $15-25/hour and most calls don't connect.
Rebook nudges solve this with automation. The system tracks when each customer was last in and the typical cadence for their service type (haircut every 4-6 weeks, massage every 4 weeks, chiropractic adjustment every 2 weeks, dental cleaning every 6 months). When the typical re-booking window opens, the customer gets a friendly SMS: "Hi Sarah, ready for your next cut?"
Reply rates are typically 20-40% within 48 hours, with most of those converting to actual bookings. For a barber with 200 past customers, even a 20% reply rate at 80% booking conversion = 32 reactivated customers per cycle.
